Our company Danae’s Sailing Memories, offers you in our new acquired sailboat Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32i, sailing excursions. Our boat offers two cabins, toilet with shower and sunbathing area. We can host 6-7 guests per excursion (inclusive infants).

All our cruises start from Gouvia marina, initially we sail south to the old town of Corfu. The access to the Marina is very easy by Taxi. There is ample parking space if you hire a car, also the Blue & Green buses stop just outside the Marina entrance by the main road, within 3min walking distance. We offer daily cruises also that start off from the fishing harbor of Kassiopi village (on the Northeast coast of the Island), or the Benitses village Marina (on the South East coast of the Island).

On the way you will enjoy the magnificent views of the 2 fortresses. The Old fortress was built after the 15th century. The Venetians dug a technical canal which is called CONTRA FOSSA. After the Ottoman attacks, the city took the name of CORFU from the two peaks of the fortress, whose summit is called κορυφή (korifee) in Greek. Sailing around the old fortress we will arrive to the bay of Garitsa.
